This is the 1st ground-up facility for Pape, the premier supplier of heavy large-scale construction equipment. The project provides new equipment sales, rentals, administrative offices and maintenance bays. The design utilizes industrial materials such as vertical standing seam metal panels, corrugated panels, flat metal panels and exposed steel angles.

Chang Architecture partnered founders of pioneering gift card company GYFT in creating new 15,000 sf headquarters within the Chang Architecture Designed Castro Station mid-rise. Designs reflect the high energy and creative personalities who office there. The First Data acquisition required modifications to the original programs, to fit an office within an office, and space for new security and technology compliance. The finished environments includes conference rooms, game rooms, phone rooms, break rooms and open offices, lobby and branded signage.

The office building blends new and existing elements, adds new research labs and defines open office divisions. The manufacturing building includes clean room labs, instrument manufacturing, testing and warehouse distribution functions with additional office space included. Fastrack process of design and construction completed within a 6 month period. 2nd phase Interior Branding work included display, signage, artwork and furniture selection.
