Repositioning of 90,000 sf of 4 existing wood clad offices from the 70’s. Renovated buildings were clad with stucco exterior and corrugated metal siding with details to match new 3- story corner anchor building to create an overall cohesive campus. Central existing pond was also replaced with a hardscaped plaza adjacent to common dining facilities.
