Two five story buildings create this 340,000 sf office campus that is sited to maximize freeway visibility along Hwy 237 while forming an intimate green space that preserved a cluster of existing redwood trees. An arc of GFRC panels inter-laced with glass curtain wall unifies the buildings and creates a gateway to a central plaza and pavilion. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
