The first certified LEED Silver building in Cupertino is nestled within a grove of Redwood trees and includes a 60,000 sf, 3-story office and parking structure. The contemporary style combines a palette of flat and profiled GFRC panels, curtain wall and punched windows. An upper level projection among existing redwood trees is evocative of a tree house and accentuates the main street entry.
