This 60,000 sf Tenant Improvement serves as Labcyte’s new Lab and administrative office headquarters. The facility provides Life Science research and development of acoustic technology to transport liquids. The build-out includes new lobby, research, manufacturing + automation labs, chemistry + biology labs, engineering labs, shipping/receiving, open office, private offices, conf. rooms, break and all-hands room.

40,000 sf headquarters for company developing the eye for driver-less cars. The project was fast-tracked by designing and constructing in 2-phases which allowed DeepMap to occupy and operate many months earlier

Alza Plaza

This three building campus, located adjacent to the Shoreline Amphitheater, is a consolidation of Alza’s separate facilities. The three 4-story buildings encompass 540,000 sf and are arranged in a pin-wheel configuration around a central court and connected by bridges. The exteriors are a combination of precast with brick veneer cladding, punched windows, and curtain wall. A 1,000 car garage sits below podium with extensive landscaping and a water feature above.
